THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT UNDER THE NORTH CAROLINA VACATION RENTAL ACT (NCGS 42A). The rights and obligations of the parties to this agreement are defined by law and include unique provisions permitting the disbursement of rent prior to tenancy and expedite eviction of tenants.

  1. This is our home. We share our home with you, and in return we expect our guests to treat it with the same respect one shows their own home.
  2. There is no front desk at the resort. For maintenance issues, call 757-472-2654
  3. No Security Deposit is required to reserve this unit.
  4. The renter agrees to waive any liability on the part of the owner for personal injury, damage which occurs in our condos.
  5. Note: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and Check-out is before 10:00 AM.
  6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation up to four weeks prior of arrival date will forfeit 50% of payment. No refund will be given within four weeks of scheduled arrival date. In the event that you must reschedule your stay with us prior to four weeks of arrival date, a $100 fee will be assessed. There will be a $100 processing fee for any cancellation.
  7. We expect you to remove your trash and LEAVE THE UNIT CLEAN! Let's keep the rates low!
  8. $25.00 service charge on any returned check will be added to your balance.
  9. NO PETS - This is a condo policy
  10. Unit includes an electric coffee pot and toaster as basic kitchen equipment; TV, vacuum, stereo, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air/heat, and microwave. All beds will have mattress pads, bedspreads and pillows. Internet is not in unit but is normally available through local wireless. It is also available down the street at the restaurant "The Coastal Cafe"
  11. Grills are available on the property. (no grilling on deck)
