1.  There will be 1 key in the lockbox located right next to the front door. Once inside the condo you will see another front door key and a laundry room key on the wall. If you use these keys please place them back prior to your departure.

2.  Unit 19A has a washer and dryer in it. Units 7A and 8B utilize a laundry room under the building. (one of your keys will fit this door)

19A – 1 queen/1 queen sleep sofa
7A – 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 queen sleep sofa
8B – 2 queen, 1 queen sleep sofa

4. Please bring your own toiletries.  We have stocked the units with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soap but there is no gurantee they will be any available.

5.  There is a Food Lion at the 16 MP in Avon where you can buy whatever groceries you need, there are several small grocery stores in Rodanthe.  There is also a Food Lion in Avon, about 15 minutes past Rodanthe.

6.  There is a walkover for the beach on the property. (Unless it is damaged by storms)

7. No pets (sorry)

8. For all rentals check in is after 4 pm on Saturday and check out is  before 10am on Saturday.

9. Please make sure you remove all of your trash, clean the bathrooms and kitchen, wipe down the counters and run the vacuum before you leave. We are trying to keep our maintenance fees low and this helps on the cleaning bills! We presently do not charge deposits, reservation fees, etc. Lets keep the rates low!! We expect the unit to be in the same condition you found it!
